Georgia birth certificates????

If you were born in Georgia, and you need a birth certificate, look at the kind of crap you are going to have to go to to get one--then again, it may just be Macon, Georgia?  I don't really know!  Republicans doing this?  Hope South Carolina doesn't join in here!
